Charges & Delivery times

Delivery in the Mainland UK is generally handled by TNT Next Day Delivery Service. Standard orders received by 12.00pm will be dispatched on the same day for a next day delivery (Delivery times are from 8.00am to 6.00pm). Orders received after 12.00pm will be dispatched on the following day on a next day delivery.

The following delivery post codes are affected by the Scottish Highlands surcharge and may incur additional costs. IV all postcodes - KWI -14 - PA34 - 37-39 - PH19-26 30-40 AND 49-40 PH41 - 4. Please call prior to placing your order to confirm additional costs. Any orders placed online for delivery to these postcodes will likely incur additional carriage costs. The majority of products displayed on the site are available ex-stock, however should your order contain a product that is out of stock or is subject to a longer lead time, we will contact you via email or telephone within 24 hours of placement of your order to inform you of an anticipated delivery date.

The delivery service used by DDA Shop is always a Next Day Delivery Service. DDA Shop Limited cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery by their chosen carrier. Should a delay by the carrier occur, every effort will be made to trace the package and advise an alternative delivery date.

IRELAND, EUROPE & NORTH AMERICA:

Although we do offer delivery to Ireland, Europe and North America, we currently do not offer online delivery costs for these countries. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to receive a bespoke deliver cost to your country.

REST OF WORLD:
