The training has been accredited by ASET and is quality assured by a third party (Attitudes Ltd). Work through the questions answering them in the answer book provided and then send them for assessment. A building or service, may have the best access with regard to physical features, but this is compromised if the staff are unable to identify or understand the needs of customers with disabilities. This book is ideal to give training to staff members in understanding the basic etiquette of serving and assisting customers.
